I work for the US Forest Service in Morgantown, WV as a research scientist, studying the ecology of forest insects. I got my BS in 1978 from Allegheny College, PhD in 1984 from UC Berkeley and was a postdoc at Univ. Mass. from '84-'88. I'm married, living in Mt. Morris, PA and have two daughters 23 and 25, living in CO and OR.
