For almost 25 years I worked in the Federal government instructing leadership and supervisory training courses as a professor, mainly with Bureaus within the Department of Interior but also NOAA, Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, EPA, and others. I also did scores of Organization Development interventions with these organizations involving teambuilding, strategic planning and change management. Prior to that I was a manager/supervisor in the private sector for 17 years. My Bachelor’s is in Psychology and Business from American University, I have two Master’s Degrees, one in Education and one in Organization Development, and have taken several courses towards a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I was married and have 4 amazing kids, 3 grandchildren, and 6 grand animals; and currently live in Waynesboro PA.

I love playing drum covers on my set, taking day trips and hiking, the ocean, experimenting with recipes, bicycling, travelling in the U.S. to sight see, and trying to figure out others things to do in my retirement. Maybe I'll join a band and wreck a hotel room.
